This is a brief refresher on the method of performing the Janazah Salah. In the current conditions, Janazah Salah often takes place late at night or in the early part of the morning, hence very few people attend. It is essential to learn and revise the method of Janazah Salah.
Cleaning the fingers after eating by licking them is a Sunnah of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). Hazrat Ka'b bin Malik (R) narrates that Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) used to eat with three fingers and when he (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) completed eating he (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) would lick his (blessed) fingers. The President of South Africa called for a 21 day nationwide lockdown on 23 March 2020. The lockdown comes into effect at midnight on Thursday, 26 March 2020 until 16 April 2020.
